Sonke Support Pty. Ltd. was established in 2024 with a clear vision to provide disability and community support that helps individuals live with independence and connection. Based in Buderim, we are an NDIS registered provider delivering in-home care, household assistance, community access, group programs and skill development services.
Across the Sunshine Coast, our local team focuses on tailoring support to individual goals while encouraging participation and inclusion. We also make sure services are delivered safely and meet recognised standards.

Our qualified team brings experience to every interaction, supporting individuals and families across the Sunshine Coast.
Ruan
Founder, Support Worker and Training
Ruan is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Support Worker of 6 years. He holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and has a particular interest in supporting teens and children with ADHD, ASD and related psychosocial disabilities to build independence and engage in the community. He is still actively supporting long-standing clients, as well as supporting and mentoring the team at Sonke.
Rudy
Founder, People and Recruitment
Rudy is the co-founder of Sonke and has operated several successful businesses in a range of sectors from farming and logistics to recruitment. Rudy has recently migrated from New Zealand to be closer to family and to help build a skilled, caring, and competent team of support workers at Sonke.
Izanne
Client care & Admin
Izanne will most likely be your first point of contact at Sonke. She has been working in business administration for over 25 years as well as aged care and disability support work. She is the warm and bubbly voice and face of Sonke and will always welcome your calls for support.
